μή is used when the infinitive stands in apposition ( cross1987), and hence is like τὸ μή with the infinitive. Thus, τοῦτο ἕν ἐστιν ὧν φημι, μηδένα ἂν ἐν βραχυτέροις ἐμοῦ τὰ αὐτὰ εἰπεῖν
