τίς, ποῖος as adjective pronouns, and πῶς etc., when followed by οὐ, have the force of an affirmative assertion. Thus, ποίους λόγους οὐκ ἀνηλώσαμεν; what arguments did we not expend? I. 8.67 ( = πάντας), τί κακὸν οὐχί; πᾶν κακόν in 2147 d.
