An interrogative pronoun or adverb often depends on a participle and not on the main verb of the sentence. Thus, τί οὖν ποιήσαντος κατεχειροτονήσατε τοῦ Εὐάνδρου; for what act then did you condemn Evander? D. 21.176, (Ὀλύνθιοι) οἳ τί πεποιηκότος αὐτοῖς Φιλίππου πῶς αὐτῷ χρῶνται; for whom what has Philip done and how do they treat him? 23. 107. Cp. cross2147 d. On τί παθών see cross2064 a.
