Hom. has ἐκλίνθην and ἐκλίθην, ἐκρίνθην and ἐκρίθην; ἱδρύνθην = Att. ἱδρύ_θην (ἱδρύω erect), ἀμπνύνθην (ἀναπνέω revive).
